Is the full service retainer really all inclusive?
The $3,500–$4,000 / month base covers the recurring media work — strategy, content development, asset management and the archive. Where you land in that range depends on scope. Project work like a website build or a campaign run is quoted on top, and flexible pricing is available.
Do you mark up paid ad spend?
No. Campaign implementation is $600–$650 per campaign for the work; your ad budget is billed directly by the platform to you, at cost.
How does website pricing work?
From-scratch custom builds start at $1,000 and include three months of free post-launch support. Final pricing depends on scope — e-commerce, booking systems and other advanced functionality add to it. You see the full breakdown before work starts.
What happens after the three months of free website support?
Ongoing support is available either as a $250/month retainer or hourly at $95/hr. There is no obligation to continue — the site is yours either way.
Can we start small?
Yes. A single consultation ($200, or $700 for four) or a content audit is a common entry point. Plenty of clients start there and grow into a retainer once the strategy is clear.
